The sports club app for the committee behind the team
Behind every football, tennis, basketball or gymnastics club there is a committee doing the organising. Veräinsbuch is a sports club app for that off-pitch work: tasks, meetings, dates, volunteers for match days and festivals, and, in the Pro plan, the cash at the bar.

What keeps a sports club committee busy
Training times are handled by the coaches, but the committee has its own list: home matches need someone at the bar and the gate, the club tournament needs helpers, the end-of-season party needs a hall, and the AGM needs the accounts. Kit, balls and equipment must be ordered and kept track of.
Typical problems in sports clubs
- The same few parents and volunteers work every match day.
- The bar takings are counted late at night and noted on paper.
- Nobody knows who has the key to the equipment store.
- Committee decisions are lost in the WhatsApp group.
- The handover to a new committee starts from zero.
Organising volunteers for matches and tournaments
Create a task group for the tournament or match day and list every job: setting up, bar, barbecue, gate, tidying up. Assign each task to a committee member with a due date, and Veräinsbuch sends reminders by push, e-mail or WhatsApp. Helpers and volunteers without a login are kept in the contact list, so you know who to ask next time.
Cash at the bar and at events (Pro plan)
With the Pro plan, the treasurer counts the notes and coins in the cash box before and after a match day or festival, and the result is booked automatically. Each event gets its own balance sheet. Receipts for supplies are photographed and the amount is recognised automatically, and volunteers can submit their expenses for reimbursement. At the end of the season, export the cash book for the AGM and the auditors.
Committee meetings and the AGM
Sports club committees meet often during the season, about pitch bookings, kit orders, sponsors and events. Record each meeting in Veräinsbuch with agenda, attendance, decisions and action points, and turn the action points directly into tasks with reminders. The minutes can be shared as a PDF with coaches or members.
At the end of the season, the AGM needs a review of the year and, with the Pro plan, an export of the cash book for the auditors. Because everything is stored with the club, a new committee can pick up where the old one left off.
Kit, equipment and the club calendar
The inventory shows what the club owns, such as kit, goals, nets, gazebos or tables, with photos, location and lending. The club calendar collects home matches, tournaments, committee meetings and social events, and members can subscribe to it on their phones. A poll helps find the date for the end-of-season party.

Frequently asked questions
Is Veräinsbuch a team app for training and line-ups?
No. Veräinsbuch is for the committee and the club’s organisation: tasks, minutes, calendar, polls, inventory, volunteers and cash. It does not manage training sessions, squads or line-ups.
How do we organise volunteers for a home match or tournament?
Create a task group for the event, add each job and assign it with a due date. Reminders go out automatically by push, e-mail or WhatsApp.
Can we track the bar takings at a match?
Yes, with the Pro plan. Count the cash box before and after, and Veräinsbuch books the difference and shows a balance for the event.
Does it cost more for a big club with many players?
No, the price is per club, regardless of the number of members.
Which sports clubs is it for?
Any small volunteer-run sports club: football, tennis, basketball, handball, gymnastics, cycling and more. What matters is that a committee needs to organise the work.
Can we try the sports club app for free?
Yes, the 14-day free trial includes all features, including the Pro cash tools, with no credit card needed.
How can a small sports club committee save time?
Keep tasks, dates, minutes and money in one shared place instead of chats and spreadsheets, and let automatic reminders do the chasing. That way the work is spread over more shoulders.
